I don't know exactly why. They might think people would put notes on their pencil?IDK but at my state tournament they didn't supply pencils and people who followed the rules had to borrow from people who brought their own so that rule is not followed well.UTF-8 U+6211 U+662F wrote:Anyone know why the pencils are supplied?
