Derivations could be useful. There are also some really common history questions that should be memorized so you don't have to check the binder.

My average room temp is 27C but at times at competitions it is as low as 21C (Yikes)
How much does this affect ur guys data? :?:

Literally anything related to thermodynamics. For me, mostly formula sheets, constantsand such. I also had completed practice tests in there in case I ended up with a lazy event supervisor. ;)

Strangely, I did tests at 17 °C, 19 °C, and 21 °C, and there wasn't really any change (27 °C? Yikes)

Well, that's only 81 F but still, at this one invite the room was 21C and our prediction was off by 1.5C. (Also as I type this I am conducting a thermo test) :D

Quick question to you guys. What type of temperature measuring device do you guys use? I use a Perfect Prime Thermocouple Thermometers probe. And yes I just double posted :D

I just use a vernier labquest temperature probe and set it up to automatically take measurements every minute.
