We've revamped it a bit. All 'national' trial events are available on the national website at: https://www.soinc.org/learn/trial-events Note that Density Lab will be trialed in multiple states this year, and likely will be a full event next year.

A middle school science book should be a good start. You might want to check out a chemistry and a physics book fro a library.
Also, Your science teacher should be able to point you to other sources.
Do not forget wikepedia.
As far a hands on, I doubt if any of that will include gasses. Too difficult to provide good equipment. Makes for great test questions.

Considering the vagueness of the rules, I believe that the best method is to do what the person above said. There are hundreds of books in the library or online for density, buoyancy, concentration, etc.

Can anyone please suggests material on concentrations and buoyancy? And also..what do we need to know for buoyancy, other than Archimedes principles?
