Re: Code Busters C [TX TRIAL]
According to Chalker, Code Busters will also be a National Trial Event this year (tentative) and is currently on the SOSI schedule, replacing Game On for next year (also tentative).

Where could someone find the rules for this event? From my research it looks really interesting.

It's a real event in NC (and WI I think). More resources can be found here (including a whole twitter account for it -- pretty cool).Nerd_Bunny wrote:Where could someone find the rules for this event? From my research it looks really interesting.

Re: Code Busters C [TX TRIAL]
Honestly this event is really fun. It's more math-based as some ciphers require knowledge of advanced math and generally you need to know statistics (like letter frequency and such).

Re: Code Busters C [TX TRIAL]
I got super hyped that this event was going to be finding code vulnerabilities, XSS, SQL server injection, et cetera, but then I realized it was cryptography. My emotions after which I thought "cryptography isn't that bad".
Here to help!~

Re: Code Busters C [TX TRIAL]
Same, I had to jump back in a Sassy game to get back in the habit of solving ciphers . I know how to code pretty well but unless it's something more like Game On it's not all that interesting to me- this seems like it will be fun!TheChiScientist wrote:Lol same here. idk how to code but then I investigate it and I was like hey! Do you guys think that if there IS a Spanish cryptogram, they would label it as being in a different language?
