What are the recommend cooking temperatures for: ground beef, all other poultry, leftovers.

So I know the temp danger zone is 40 - 140 degrees , so I'm gonna guess 155 - 165?


EDIT: All temps are fahrenheit

Some foods like fish are lower (145F) but poultry is 160F and meats are about 165F.
