What is obduction? Where does it usually occur?

Obduction is oceanic crust thrusted over continental crust and it occurs at convergent plate boundaries

Landslides: fast movement of loose rubble or rocks down a slope (hill or mountain)
Flows: ^but is more fluid, and tends to act more like a fluid.
Falls: In between landslides and flows, usually isn't viscous enough to be classified as a flow.

Do any other planets in the solar system have tectonic processes similar to Earth? If so, how is it different?

Odd question, but all right.
The gas giants obviously don't, but the other inner planets have basically settled to have little more than small scale geologic processes
