Well, it's a change in temperature following a change in radiative forcing, so it would be °C/(W/m^2)

An urban heat island or urban heat island effect (at least I think that's how you say it) is an effect where a urban (city) area is much warmer than the surrounding rural (countryside) areas due to much more human activity. Please tell me if I'm wrong. :)
