University of Michigan Student Workshop Survey

Hello!
I am a Science Olympiad alum (7 years on the Grand Haven, MI teams) and the Human Resources officer for the University of Michigan Science Olympiad, and at the end of this last season we began to discuss some outreach events, including a student workshop. We wanted to gauge interest and also find out what students would want to see.
We would like to make this accessible and beneficial to everybody regardless of their team structure or Science Olympiad experience. If you are in the Michigan/Indiana/Ohio area especially we would greatly appreciate it if you could take the survey below to help us better serve students.

Can you give permission?

Our kids would love something like that. It would depend on when you're thinking about doing it, and what you would charge.

Sorry! Just fixed that!
One of the questions on the survey is what people would consider a reasonable fee. Our goal will of course be to minimize this fee, but it will depend on supplies needed to run the workshop.
We will likely offer scholarships to students who cannot afford it, though it is likely the fee would only be 10-15$ to cover lunch and printing costs.
