Rustin did well, but not unusually well. Mounds View seems at least at their typical strength, if slightly stronger than last year. Medford's one year jump (or rather, Menomonie and Madison West's drop) seems to have ended. Daniel Wright is typical, not that there's much to say when they outclass everyone else here by so much. Everything else in Div B seems rather ordinary.
