We thought we placed 11th again like last year. You can tell by our coach's reaction on stage lmfao.Raven wrote:Awards was a roller coaster from start to finish. The score predictor spreadsheets had us between 6th and 15th at various times. Many events we hoped to medal in...we didn't. In the end though, consistency did pay off.Unome wrote:Interestingly, the 3rd place teams in both divisions had less medals than is typical for their scores and ranks - Harriton with 7 and Community with 5. I am incredibly impressed by Mason's national showing. They probably are the best performing first-time nationals team ever. It looks like Ohio may have four powerhouse teams in the years to come, if Mason can keep the momentum from a strong nationals showing.
Congrats to the winners of C, Troy!

Actually, Troy won the first time they went to nats, but otherwise this may be true, and it certainly is when applying to 2000 and beyond.kentuckyfan1001 wrote:I am incredibly impressed by Mason's national showing.
