High.

For Missouri specifically, over 2000 should be an easy first or second in either division. Over 1400 should place you in the top 5 pretty easily.
Alright, I have an 8-gram tower that gets the bonus. All x-bracing. So if I hold 8 or more grams I should be fine then, right? I test ran a similar tower and it held 9 grams. I'm looking for top 3.

Do you mean kilograms? I'm pretty sure if you hold 9 grams you will not place.

I would say aim for 10 kg if your tower is 8 grams.

Tower weighed 8.4g, had bonus. Held 9.52kg, scored 1728. My best score yet, but hoping for 2000+ at state competition.

Opinion poll:

Do you think anyone will score over 4000 this season (Div-B) or over 3500 (Div-C)?

Depends - in general, or at competition? (I'd say no for the latter, but 50/50)

I personally think that around 3500 will be top for div b and 3000 is top for div c.
