I've been getting some very very good scores, which is obviously good for me, but sometimes they're just unrealistic, as in the fact that I've gotten over 12,000 once.
You sure that wasn't a bug? They fixed a bug Friday morning. I've gotten 75000 before lol
I don't actually think it was a bug. I've experienced the bug myself, and this wasn't it. It was a very strange design.
Interesting. Under nomal year dimensions? Congrats!

Oh nah mate under the lowest dimensions, 20 cm loading distance and 3 cm contact width lines lmaooo.

Yeah... my device is still performing pretty similarly, just not that insanely well.

What's a reasonable score for worst case (400, 70)/ best case (200, 30) scenario? I've heard a guy claiming "3000+" at (400, 70) and other similarly unreasonable claims...

Is that the distance from the wall/contact width? If so, I think he may be lying or not lying, depends on how much he tested it,and the specs he used.
You could try and use a ratio to compare those specs to a standard boomi's specs-
400/70 and 40/8 I think
40/7 is the simplified ratio, whose contact width is one centimeter off (which depends on how far apart the guy placed it).
We had scores (at least in div b) getting somewhat close to 3k, and if he's in div C, I think it may be possible.
:/I hope I helped! I may or may not have used the correct math, by deflating the version by using ratios, so correct me if I'm wrong.

That man is capping. I was getting 3000 before area loads were introduced, but ever since area loads became introduced, my scores dropped significantly. I'm wondering what your best scores are for 40,7 and 20,3. Also if iirc, the worst case scenario is 45,7 and not 40,7

For minimum loading distance, are section dimensions included?

If I'm not mistaken by your question, the Area Load is defined by four nodes which have no section dimension. Therefore the Minimum Loading Distance should be the distance between the node closest to the Testing Wall involved in an Area Load and the Testing Wall.

Does anyone know what the minimum and and maximum length for the structure we have to build for the competition? Thanks.
