I would suggest studying from the Excretory, Cardiovascular and lymphatics chapters from a high school Anatomy and physiology textbook like Marieb. a local high school library would lend you one if your school doesn't have it.

Does anyone know if the spleen can regenerate itself after partial splenectomy?

While some people out there have a part of a "secondary spleen" that can take over after a splenectomy, the spleen is not like the liver where it can regenerate after periods of time.

Also even thought it can’t regenerate itself, the liver and lymph nodes can take over the spleen’s function if it were removed.

They dont release everyone's scores, only the highest ones. The highest for anatomy was a 155.

Oh yeah, what type of connective tissue is the thymus and how is different from other lymphoid organs? I can't find the answer online.

From what I remember, the other lymphatic organs (spleen, tonsils, lymph nodes, etc.) have reticular connective tissue but the thymus doesn’t. The thymus has dense connective tissue.
