We had a large number of no scores at NATIONAL's last year, was trying to make sure teams could get some score if they showed up and made a good attempt.
Probably different ways to skin that cat, but its set now, so the rules are the rules and that's where we go at this point.

I have a question about the "The ball/sphere must be visible at all times" part.

Does this mean that the ball/sphere can be enclosed in something clear?
OR
Does this still mean that the ball/sphere has to be in an open track and visible at all times?
