It depends on the circumstances of your test. If you have a low volume and high temperature (e.g. 75mL and 75 degrees C), then I'd say that's pretty decent - we get -.009 to -.01. If it's on the other end of the spectrum (e.g. 125mL and 60 degrees C), that would be kind of high - we get -.004 to -.005. In the middle, that's a decent score - I'd expect about the same value from our box.
TL; DR: It depends on your volume and starting temperature, but at a medium volume and temperature, that's pretty good.
