What are the Stuff That I can't use in this year's Thermodynamic Competition(2019). Also What are some good materials I could use to conserve the heat? (If you are allowed to tell me)

You could have a vacuum box but if you fail to build a device properly it's useless. Aerogels, wood, and foam work well. Though this is my first year as well, so don't take my word for it

Anyway, I'm using either EPS or XPS foam (they're similar to Styrofoam).
