Hey guys, astro supervisor. Sorry for withholding the exam materials. If you attended the competition and want to see the exam/key, just email me ([email protected]) and I'll be happy to provide it! (But please don't share it around until after the 23rd.)

Some thoughts about the actual tournament: It was one of my favorite tournaments to have supervised at. The tournament directors and the logistics team knew what they were doing, and day-of things ran smoother than I ever expected. I guess it also helps that the Princeton campus is reallllly pretty :) I had a great time and I encourage teams to compete at Princeton next year!

I was an event supervisor also (Water Quality haha) and I have to say that PUSO treats their event supervisors really well! Would highly recommend any grads to apply to supervise at Princeton next year, the tournament is run super smoothly and very low stress at least from my end

Hello! Disease ES here. The score distribution had clusters on the low-mid and mid-high ends, indicating that I probably didn't have enough medium difficulty questions to spread teams in these ranges out further. This is nuance of test writing that hopefully I'll be able to improve over time.

As for the tournament overall, probably one of the best run invitationals I've attended! Everything from my side was super easy as an event supervisor in terms of communication, traveling, and logistics. Princeton campus is breathtaking and the lecture hall for disease had pull-out full size desks for each seat (not the tiny desk that is so standard among college classrooms). Would highly recommend attending either as a competing team or event supervisor!

Thanks!

Will the 2020 competition most likely be on Feb 8, 2020? I know this is really early, but my team is trying to plan out scheduling for next year.

The tournament is planned for Feb 8, but we still have to confirm it.
