You can actually go ahead and make the next question. I'm short on time rn.

Okay. suppose you have three nodes arranged in a triangle shape with a 5-kohm resistor connecting nodes 1 and 2, a 6-kohm resistor connecting nodes 2 and 3, and a 7-kohm resistor connecting nodes 3 and 1. Build a new circuit with the same resistance between nodes but in a Y shape so that nodes 1, 2, and 3 are all one resistor away from a central node. (Sorry for the lack of diagram.)

From Node x to center:
Node 1
3 kohm

Node 2
2 kohm

Node 3
4 kohm

I'm assuming that the resistors in the Y are in series. That means that
Calcs
Nodes 1-2 = 3 + 2 = 5 kOhm
Nodes 2-3 = 2 + 4 = 6 kOhm
Nodes 1-3 = 3 + 4 = 7 kOhm

You're forgetting that node 1 in the triangle is connected to node 3 in two different ways. Use delta-y conversion.

Resistor 1
1.9445 k-ohm

Resistor 2
1.6665 k-ohm

Resistor 3
2.3335 k-ohm

Obviously some rounding errors, but if my methods were correct, it should be close enough.
(Also, finally some math. I can finally get into the game!)

It's been a while since I calculated the answers, but I think those are right. Your turn!

So lets restart this,

1. Image What is circuit called, and what is its purpose?
2. Name three waveforms of Alternating current.
3. Name 3 methods of producing static imbalance.

1. A Wheatstone Bridge and it's purpose is to find the mystery resistor, Rx
2. Sine waves, triangular waves, and square waves
3. Rub a balloon on your hair, rub a balloon on a furry carpet, rub a balloon on a wool jacket
Current Events
R/S
Crime Busters 3rd/14th
Thermodynamics 4th/10th
Circuit Lab 4th/9th
Potions and Poisons 5th/3rd
Battery Buggy what a failure/7th

Keep on going :!:

All good, but for number three i was looking for like contact, heat induced, pressure induced
