Not a marketing plug, just making the point that these planes are built very, very strongly. Any WS plane built to minimum weight this year would be fine outdoors. If it's windy, don't do it, mainly because you'll lose the plane in a tree and destroy it getting it back down.

Is anyone getting above 3 minutes in a 20-22ft ceiling

We got 3:00 from 20 ft ceiling in practice and repeated quite well.

In regional competition with 29 ft, ceiling, still 3:03 because touch with light. Second run was worse, wing got knocked off.

This is FF.

I would repair and retrim and make another plane for state, and just see which is better. You never know maybe one plane is better for wide and short rooms or tall and narrow

info it's repairable try to fix it but don't rely on it cause it may not be the same afterwards

Just to let fellow scioly kids know me and my partner just got 3:36 in a 20 ft ceiling. (No touch)
