I hope you all are safe from SARS-CoV-2 and practicing social distancing. As a result of the rules replay, the systems for next year will likely be repeated. In hopes of helping everyone practice for the next season, this folder contains the exam (and other pertaining resources) I wrote for the 2020 Golden Gate Invitational. Reach out to me if you have any questions! Stay safe.
Thanks for the resources!

Speaking of repeating the rotations, I'd really like to see topics like muscle energy consumption/production being added to the rules. It would be a nice way of letting competitors "reuse" resources but still have a continual drive to study!
My first name is Nonkeratinized. My middle name is Squamous.

That would be! I’d love to write more questions on the physiology of these systems. I’d also be very happy if NSO added more topics for each 2020 system in order to motivate competitors when preparing for the event (like you mentioned).

Use a textbook like Tortora, Marieb, or Saladin.

yeahh, I saw that. I prefer a physical textbook, I think having something tangible is best for me. But is the book sufficient to know all the concepts? I've been using Frederick Martini's.

Personally, I don't use that textbook, but it'd be in your best interest to pick a supplemental book(s) just in case a textbook doesn't cover topics or doesn't explain a topic in depth.

I agree, there's not really a textbook that would cover EVERYTHING in depth; rather, finding another textbook to use along with that would definitely help.

Saladin pdf + opentextbc.ca + wikipedia covers practically everything. All of these can be found online.
