Got a question, when we learn the origin and insertion, how in-depth should we know it? For example, for the insertion of pectoralis major are we supposed to know it inserts in the humerus or should we be more specific and learn that it inserts in the bicipital groove and deltoid tuberosity of the humerus?

as per the rules, we are expected to know "Location and identification, including origin, insertion, and function, of" the muscles in the muscle list. how specific you need to be will depend on your event supervisor. sometimes, your regional may be very simple, when you feel like you over-studied, and also it feels a little unfair that all that in depth studying does not pay off!

Study in-depth and then ask the event supervisor if any trouble arises. If they're nice (which they probably will be), they'll likely tell you how specific they want it if you just ask.

From the looks of it, the updated version seems good. But personally I would pick up a copy of other textbooks like OpenStax, Marieb, or Saladins (among others) before looking over Gray's Anatomy. Looking at other online or print sources are a great complement to textbooks!
