Hmmm. If everybody else is bouncing them off the rafters (like a lot at the last competition) then we'd be better off just popping ours off the launcher and letting it fall to ground even if the parachute didn't deploy? So if there are only 3 launches that get a Tier 1 score then they'd automatically get 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place no matter how good/bad their times. If not enough Tier 1 scores then they'd go with the best times in Tier 2, then Tier 3 etc.? You'd think any shot with a parachute deployment, regardless of whether it hit the ceiling would be more worthy of being ranked than a rocket that just went up/down without the parachute deploying. Oh well, rules are rules, we just try to play within the boundaries.

Idk about your state but at this point you kinda need to get Tier 1 in order to place. And why settle for less than your best?
