Yes. However the second and any further instance of an action will not be scorable.
I can't think of anything else to put here, so I just wrote this...

Question:

a) Correct me if I'm wrong. We can have only 12 scorable events. if repeated then it becomes non-scorable.

b) "Final Action: After all other planned scorable actions have been attempted, the golf ball from the Start Action must be moved at least 20 horizontal cm from its original resting position"

Is it acceptable if the ball travels horizontally 10 cm then drops 5 cm and then travels 10 cm before it rests on the tee? total travel distance horizontally 20 cm.

Correct. Be sure that all actions, whether scoreable or not, are listed on your ASL.

Yes. As long as the tee is more than 20cm horizontally from the initial resting spot, it doesn't matter what path the ball takes to get there, and vertical displacement doesn't matter at all. But you can't, for example, move 10cm, drop, then move 10cm in a different direction, because you won't end up 20cm away from your start point.
