Final Action

Post by RJ101 »

I have a few questions.

Are we required to do the final action?

Also, it states that we have to use the same ball from the Start Action. Is there any way you could get points without using the same ball from the start action, as long as it goes 20 cm to the tee?

I know i'm asking stupid questions
Any replies are appreciated!

Thank you!!!!

You can get points for some actions without having the final action present, but you won't be able to stop the time clock (so your time will run to 180 seconds and so you'll score zero time points.)

No - the rules are quite clear. If you use a different ball, it doesn't qualify as the final action.

You're welcome. It can be quite overwhelming at the start, but if you're not certain about something, it is always worth giving the rules a slow and careful read. Don't just skim them - stop and think carefully about what each word and clause means.

What does it mean by standard tee? Would a pronged tee count?

Good question. I'm using an hourglass shaped tee. Guessing standard is what you can buy at walmart lol. Packing a 'regular' tee just in case. Did you submit a faq?

I'm about too right now, it's way too vague. Thank you! I'll update you guys when they respond to the FAQ.

Hello,

Once the ball lands on the tee, should all actions on the device stop if can there be something like a motor or fan from previous actions still running?

Yes, you can have a fan running when your device stops.
