Scores
I haven't yet been to an invitational so I'm not sure what device scores (out of 60) would be considered competitive. What would be a competitive score for regional rules and for state rules?

Re: Scores
Scores above 55 will get you top 3 pretty much anywhere, regardless of any invitational.

Re: Scores
Yeah, I've also heard that scores need to be near-perfect to be competitive.LIPX3 wrote: ↑January 27th, 2020, 11:30 amYou're joking, right? Re: Scores
How many different water temperatures did they have to help calibration? I just don't see how I could possibly be that accurate with a calibration using only a few values.

They provided water at both ends of the temp range and cups to mix the water as per the rules.MTV<=>Operator wrote: ↑January 27th, 2020, 4:53 pmHow many different water temperatures did they have to help calibration? Re: Scores
That is with Nationals scoring, though? IIRC MIT uses Nationals scoring, and the same performance with Regionals scoring would be 57.6.
