3. Rh (rhesus) factor is a specific antigen found on the outside of red blood cells. Its presence is indicated by a plus or minus sign after the ABO blood type of an individual (e.g AB+ or O-)

I guess I'll start taking part of this. . .
1. LDPE has more strands of polymer while HDPE's strands are more condensed. 
2. Denaturation, annealing, and extension of the DNA.

2. What is the Base peak?
3. Is a mass spec a presumptive or a confirmatory test?
