I feel Game On should be done a bit differently rather than just the definition of the topic.
With the general topic provided the answer should be how they would implement the topic in their game (a basic game idea works ) + a basic definition of the topic. This helps with forming ideas for games quickly due to time constraints in Game On. (By time constraint I mean that 50 minutes for a game is not a lot, it helps to come up with an idea faster)
Example: Lines of defense (Immune System)
Definition: The immune system has many lines of defense that protect the host by preventing invaders (viruses, bacteria) from coming in such as mucus.
Topic implemented in-game: The player is a virus that has to navigate through a maze wall (mucus) and different autonomous sprites moving around the screen (cells).
Next Topic: Water Cycle
