Re: Water Quality B/C
From my research, CO2 is more soluble in warmer water than oxygen. CO2 is also less soluble in warmer water, however CO2 is more soluble than oxygen to start with. My bad on the poor wording, and sorry for starting an argument.

When sunlight hits the surface of the ocean, which color is most likely to attenuate first? Last?

1. What's the difference between potable water treatment and wastewater treatment?
2. How are fjord estuaries formed?
3. Which two organisms on the ID list have a parasitic relationship and explain how this relationship works.

Re: Water Quality B/C
1. the main difference is what the water is used for afterwards. in potable water treatment, its meant to be consumed so the water must be a lot cleaner than wastewater treatment in which water normally goes back out to the environment
2. by glaciers
3. im not really sure but maybe flamingo tongue snails and gorgonia since the snail scrapes polyps off leaving feeding scars on the coral. idk maybe this is more like predation/herbivory but i cant think of any other example of parasitism...

Yeah for the last one it isn't really a parasitic relationship but that was a question on a test I took once (asking what organism flamingo-tongued snails had a parasitic relationship with).
