I have graded your game using the Division B Rubric Decoded document, the result you got was a 37/100.
You did best at science of theme but gameplay heavily lacked.

Would I get in trouble if I posted a link to the games from MD Regionals? They are shared publicly on Scratch.

So I have a question on the scoring what does movement complexity even mean I made it to where you move using arrow keys but they gave me a one out of four.
I would love to get some answers on this I have been having lots of problems with this.

There's a expanded rubric on soinc that would probably help. You should include advanced movement (diagonal, acceleration, etc).

Which scratch version will we be using? I apologize in advance if this was already answered.

Also, on scratch 3, how do you create my block? I can make everything inside, but it isn't letting me actually send it into the program.

Probably Scratch 3(since it's the most recent), but check with the ES.

If you mean how to use it in a program, it should be in the blocks list on the left under My Blocks
