It would certainly help to know which state you're in. Reaching top 5 in Ohio is very different from top 5, say, Tennessee (not that TN is super uncompetitive, but it's definitely middling).

Possibly. If you wish to acquire more tests you can search them up online. Certain schools release their tests after the competition so you can take those.

I would suggest studying from the Excretory, Cardiovascular and lymphatics chapters from a high school Anatomy and physiology textbook like Marieb. a local high school library would lend you one if your school doesn't have it.

Does anyone know if the spleen can regenerate itself after partial splenectomy?

While some people out there have a part of a "secondary spleen" that can take over after a splenectomy, the spleen is not like the liver where it can regenerate after periods of time.

Also even thought it can’t regenerate itself, the liver and lymph nodes can take over the spleen’s function if it were removed.
