Two resistors are combined in a circuit. First, they are combined in series. Then, they are combined in parallel. What is the equivalent single resistance of each setup?
$R_{series} = R_1 + R_2$
$R_{parallel} = \frac1{\frac1{R_1} + \frac1{R_2}}$
Yup.

EDIT: And did you notice that exactly three people have posted on this chat?

No, I didn't

Who came up with the idea of "animal electricity" and what was its historical significance?

Luigi Aloisio Galvani? He is recognized as having pioneered bioelectromagnetics, one of the first in the field of bioelectricity.
Is that enough?

Yep, your turn! (Sorry, I meant its historical significance... his historial significance is a little outside the scope of the rules)

Sorry to interject, but do you guys think that real tests will be as trivia/fact based as this QM seems to be going in the trend of?
I would have thought it would be much more calculation based.

So far, this has just been going over concepts. I'd expect lots of basic calculations in the beginning of actual tests (mostly because making up numbers is effort).

Well i mean, its always good to know those random facts because they might appear on a test. and sometimes you rlly cant study for these random facts.

They're not really random so far though
A configuration of magnets with four poles (which is useful because the magnetic field decreases faster than that of a dipole)
