1. How many states use the PLSS system?
2. Which states do not use it?
3. What is an example of another system used instead of PLSS?

3. Metes & Bounds
1. I was looking for the exact number of states, which is thirty
2. 20 states do not use it, don't just say "a lot"
3. Correct

```General Knowledge:
1. How many sections are in one township/range?
2. What does UTM stand for?
3. Why are topo maps rectangular instead of squared?```
```1. uhhh 36?
2. Universal Transverse Mercator (or something like that)
3. Does it have something to do with how latitude and longitude isn't a rectangular grid system like UTM? (like 1 degree of latitude by 1 degree of longitude will differ depending on where you are?)```

Fair enough, for 3 I was expecting something like lat/long are only equal at the equator due to the spherical shape of the earth, but it's fine.
