They sneak several food items from various sketchy locations. Some people focus on consuming various food items, some test their manipulation capabilities in mafia, and some watch Bird Box.

A day or so later, 50 of the teammates report symptoms of a gastrointestinal illness. Tests from the biotechnology lab at their high school reveal the agent to be a bacterium known as H. jerrah (Havishus jerrah).
Attached is a contingency table: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1Dy2zQ ... I2Fi84cmXO

2. a) What is notable about the OR for playing mafia?
b) What kind of factor is playing mafia?
c) Propose an explanation for this.

3. a) Given that watching Bird Box induces people to stress eat a specific food, which food is it?
b) Justify your answer.

Note: Some values may be slightly unrealistic.

Looks good!
For 2c, I was thinking something along the lines of "mafia requires full mental capacity and makes people less likely to eat something as involved as buttered noodles". Mafia usually kills players with logic and intuition, not bacteria.

I was told (by Cathy-TJ) to ask:

What was the “four inch rule” created to protect against?

Distribute mosquito nets.
Advise people to wear mosquito repellent outside.

Note: DDT can be used inside (depending on country), but should not be used outside, and should be used sparingly.
