1. creatinine, decreases (sorry if I wasn't clear in this question!)
2. wandering pacemaker
Other than that it looks good. We need to know how to read EKGs, so when I was studying that I also looked at different heart rhythms in case they'd show up on a test (which hasn't happened yet). Your turn!

1. Hemoglobin?
2. The biconcave disc shape increases the RBC's surface area and allows it to carry more oxygen.
3. Opsonization is the process in which antigens are tagged for destruction by phagocytes.

1. T12 and L3, 11 and 12th
2. lamina externa, densa, and interna
3. water following solute reabsorption? and in the PCT
4. Intercalated 
5. aldosterone to balance the sodium and water concentrations

For #3, obligatory reabsorption also occurs in the loop of henle through the countercurrent multiplier mechanism. Also, #4 is correct, but I was looking for something more specific like alpha intercalated cells.
