1. List the following geologic time periods from the oldest to the most recent.
Pliocene, Jurassic, Triassic, Mississipian, Pleistocene, Silurian, Pennsylvanian.

2. State the process of the formation of a metamorphic rock. (In general.)

3. How are plate tectonics formed?
1. Silurian, Mississipian, Pennsylvanian, Triassic, Jurassic, Paleocene, Pleistocene
2. Either an igneous rock or sedimentary rock is subjected to extreme heat/pressure and metamorphosizes into a different rock.
3. I'm not sure what this is asking

I don't see that on the Dynamic Planet rule sheet??? Oh well.

Describe the differences between dip, strike, plunge, and rake.

A stereonet is used to project 3D things onto 2D surfaces.
I've a feeling you want more than that...

Thanks. What is a Geologic Map?
A geologic map is a map showing geologic features, often marking rock clusters with letters showing the age at which they formed and (e.g.) indicating strike and dip at various locations
