What is the difference between a polar and nonpolar covalent bond?

Polar covalent bonds is when an unequal amount of electrons is shared. Nonpolar is when an equal amount of electrons is shared.

Question:
1. Is saltwater a mixture or solution
2. Is saltwater heterogenous or homogenous
3. Name one way to separate the salt from the water

Hah what a scrub. The answer for 2 is hydrargyrum, silver water. Everything else is fine. Your turn.

2. What is an example of an intermolecular bond? (Chemical formula)
3. What is an example of an intramolecular bond? (Chemical formula)

Intramolecular bonds are the connection between atoms within a molecule, while intermolecular bonds are the connections between molecules. Intramolecular:C2 Intermolecular:C2+H2
