Thanks! The nationals clarifications would be the ones listed under Rules Clarifications on their website right?drcubbin wrote:According to their website:DarthBuilder wrote:national rules pretty sureIvanGe wrote:Did they post anything about which level of rules they are using for tech events(regs, states or nats)? I know they posted something about code busters and thermo but what about the other events?
- All National events, including NY trial events.
- A schedule closely mimicking Nationals’ and its event conflicts.
- All events will be run at the state level with national clarifications.

Re: Cornell Invitational (Division B and C)
On the nationals forums, someone said that it would be run in an indoor track, so size shouldn't be an issue. However, the specifics should be up on the site soon.builderguy135 wrote:Does anyone know how tall the ceiling is going to be at Cornell this year? (for gliders and wright stuff)

Size is always an issue, unless the ceiling height is infinite.isotelus wrote:On the nationals forums, someone said that it would be run in an indoor track, so size shouldn't be an issue. Also don’t assume that the space used for Nationals will be the same one used for the Invitational.isotelus wrote:On the nationals forums, someone said that it would be run in an indoor track, so size shouldn't be an issue.

I agree you shouldn't assume the venues will be identical. However, I do know they intend to have as many be the same as possible.GoldenKnight1 wrote:Also don’t assume that the space used for Nationals will be the same one used for the Invitational.isotelus wrote:On the nationals forums, someone said that it would be run in an indoor track, so size shouldn't be an issue.

Re: Cornell Invitational (Division B and C)
Good point- I meant to say that the ceiling should be pretty high, high enough for most planes and gliders to reach a high peak.Unome wrote:Size is always an issue, unless the ceiling height is infinite.isotelus wrote:On the nationals forums, someone said that it would be run in an indoor track, so size shouldn't be an issue. Re: Cornell Invitational (Division B and C)
Do we know if it's college students writing the tests or are they asking coaches to help write tests? Or is it going to be like national supervisors writing the tests?
