I just spoke with the Tournament Director. Here is a link to the updated results for Division C.

Even though this is a bit late, I'm pretty sure Solon's B Team did not stack. I'm fairly sure that there were many drafts and those who looked like unexperienced people competing in the events.

hmm.. So that's why SSA won
2018 Events: Anatomy (Big oof), Ecology (Mild oof), Experimental Design( :D :D ), Herpetology (Mild oof)
2019 Events: Anatomy (oof), Experimental Design (oof), Herpetology (oof), Circuit Lab (oof)
2020 Events: Anatomy, Ornithology, Ping-Pong Parachute

I agree and disagree. Depends on if you're talking about Div. C and Div. B. For Div. C it's definitely true but less for Div. B.
