Hmm, iirc, Arcadia tends to fluctuate, a lot, rather than being on a downhill trend. (at least in my four years.) I'll take your word for it, I haven't been following SoCal very closely. Regardless, Glen A. Wilson looks stronger besides a few bombs (which will be less relevant on the smaller state field).
