The 2019 test exchange was just created on the wiki yesterday, so they will probably be released soon.

Update: I've been trying to bother people about it, but I've been busy myself, apologies. I believe mnstr has at least downloaded the resources and is working on uploading them.

I'm not sure how to add to the test exchange, so I'll put this here. The test portion of my SSSS submission is missing and only the keys there
