An event where you have to come up with and design a new scioly event
How meta. What about an event where you need to create a scioly account and get the most helpful posts in 50 minutes?
Two years ago I knew stuff about rocks, minerals, experiments, and ecosystems, yay!
Last year I knew stuff about amphibians, reptiles, freshwater, and more experiments, yay again!
Now I'm learning stuff about oceanography, saltwater, and birds, yay for the third time!

Water Wright Stuff -

Competitors fly planes that are similar to regular Wright Stuff, but the plane has to take off and land in a specific pool of water.
Scoring is based upon time in the air and if they land back in the pool.

This adds a new concept to Wright Stuff which is too bland or straight forward.

Cyber Security (Like https://www.uscyberpatriot.org/)

Competitors work on computer with coding and/or scripting to secure the device and ensure it is meeting safety parameters.
Scoring is based upon how many issues are fixed and/or what they do.

This adds a new, and actual computer science event that involves coding and computing. SciOly does not have an actual Computer Science event (no Scratch doesn't count as real computer science), and in an evolving world thats based solely around computers.

A Cyber Security competition is in the works of being ran as a possible trial event in Hawai'i actually.
Farewell Division B! Time to get yeeted in C.

That isn't computer science either though...

It involves more than just CyberSecurity. It does networking, scripting, and more

I wouldn't consider scripting cs, but I guess networking is

Being able to write scripts would definitely fall under the purview of programming/CS...
