Can we please get electric vehicle It's been the event I wanted to do in division C for a long time
Yeah you'll probably have to wait until 2024 for that.

I believe that they have been trying to make every event rotation much more organized in recent years. I'm not entirely sure of the reason, but it's not unique to A&P.
The yearly systems typically relate to each other in some way rather than the haphazard grouping seen in previous years. It also prevents the possibility of the same system being tested multiple years in a row (*cough cough integumentary 2014-2016*)
Under the old format, only one system would be replaced each year, so each system would get 2 years of run in B division and 3 years of run in C division. They changed it so every system is replaced each year around the same time that B division went from two systems to three.
Also, the systems that are grouped together, work together. So, when you study all three systems, you'll get a better understanding with thow they work with the other human body systems.

In a way... It was too much of a pay to play event. Teams with a larger budget performed better than teams with a low budget.

^^ Agreed.
I'd also like to do EV. Any chance we could petition the nationals board to run EV again at least once in the next 4 years?

I'm sure you could petition them. I'm also sure you'd get nowhere.
