Does it have to be PDF format, even though I already submitted?

Handled as you saw (and trying to still keep people reminded)

Thanks, sorry about that. Bothered them, and they're working on it now.

Update:

SSSS will end on August 13th, 2019. Please make sure to submit your resources on or before that date.

I was told what I needed to change and it's been another week since I resubmitted. Did I miss something?

You're probably not going to be able to submit any resources related to your device to SSSS because Mission Possible isn't going to be an event for the 2020 season. Instead, you can add some pictures of your device to the Best of 2019 wiki page since your device placed in the top ten at Nationals. You can upload your pictures, and then add the pictures to that wiki page under the Mission Possible heading.

Mission Possible is a Division B event next year, so I'd think he'd be able to submit it

Division C's tasks are different than division B's tasks, they're essentially two different events. Division B is simple machines, division C is chemical reactions and whatnot.

However, if you were to have a device from three years back, then yea, I guess you could submit it.
