Does anyone know if there are any major changes being made to the robot arm rules?

Re: Science Olympiad 2012
Are we expected to still have 4 pages for Dynamic Planet, or will that probably be cut down?

Does anyone know what Designer Genes is about?
I laughed at myself when I freaked out after I thought Italian Buffet was an event...

At least it's not *shudders* Saltwater */shudders*.IdahoSciGuy wrote:I don't want to live on this planet anymore.pjgscioisamazing wrote:For anyone confused by the schedule, the tentative listing of events is:

I think I'm going to do this event next year. My planned events right now are Dynamic Planet, Water Quality and Anatomy.
Also, how much can be known about glaciers? Didn't we just cover them in Earth's Fresh Water?

Why would you shudder at Saltwater (aka Oceanography)? It's way more interesting than Fresh Water or Glaciers.mnstrviola wrote:At least it's not *shudders* Saltwater */shudders*.IdahoSciGuy wrote:I don't want to live on this planet anymore.pjgscioisamazing wrote:For anyone confused by the schedule, the tentative listing of events is:

And glaciers are actually not covered in the Earth's Fresh Water event. They're not a part of the rules sheet even though they are made up of fresh water.

From the Pun, it's probably the C Divison equivalent to Heredity (but more in-depth)flyingwatermelon wrote:Does anyone know what Designer Genes is about?

Also, freshwater has AQUIFERS!!!! Saltwater has all these boring wave stuff and disgusting animals that inhabit the water. Seriously, your swimming in the same water as all these SLIMY organisms... gross.

Re: Science Olympiad 2012
The oceans are the final frontier, though...we know more about the universe than what lurks in the depths of the sea. So, if you think those are bad, who knows what else is out there?
I, too, am sad to see Aquifers go, though. No other event is quite like it.
