Oh no, it's definitely Triple E (NY version). Bringing in a whole binder for about 45 very different animals... The required information is really easy to find, and you don't even need to study much.

Really? It's my best event and my second year, and I still feel like there's so much to learn. I study a lot of general biology and ecology along with identification and trivia.HeartCaro wrote:Forestry! Once you get super familiar with the trees its not too hard
I'd say the easiest I've ever done is Disease Detectives..?

WOW, Really? I'm in Disease Detectives, and while yeah its true that it's basically a lot of logic (assuming it's a good test), i've heard it said to be the hardest event.silverheart7 wrote:Really? In any case, I think Compute is a hard event.

Re: Easiest event? OPINIONS
I would say Heredity or Meteorology. However, it is really hard to medal in Heredity and Meteorology because everyone is good at them.
In Heredity, I got about two questions wrong (tiebreaker and another question) but got fifth...
At State.

THIS. My partner and I were so sure we did well in Heredity. We ended up getting 7th at State, one place shy of a medal, because of the more obscure stuff on the test.ScienceOlympian wrote:I would say Heredity or Meteorology. At State.
And the Meteorology test was really easy at States. We learned most of the stuff in class, and we ended up placing 2nd.
I still think that the easiest event is Heredity though.

Re: Easiest event? OPINIONS
In States, the Meteorology test was also easy, except of five questions. It was 100 questions. We answered everything and got about five out of the 100 questions wrong. Yet we got 6th. I guess other teams think it is easy too...thehydrogenpoptart wrote:THIS. My partner and I were so sure we did well in Heredity. In my state, 1-5 only gets a medal.
This year's state was the worst. 17th in Keep the Heat, 6th Shock Value, 5th Heredity, 6th Meteorology.

Crime Busters is easiest.
Everything you need to know can fit on a cheat sheet, the event only requires.Application and maybe some Creative Writing.
