If anyone here has any knowledge about Hovercraft, pls go ahead and put some stuff on the wiki page; schools will start up in 1-2 months, and the page currently contains almost nothing.

Re: Events 2016-2017
So now that we know the events, does anyone remember when the short event descriptions come out?

I'd think they're updated sometime around when rules are released (if I'm not mistaken, the description in section 1 of the rules for each event is the same as the short event descriptions).Magikarpmaster629 wrote:So now that we know the events, does anyone remember when the short event descriptions come out?

Re: Events 2016-2017
I was wondering about this just yesterday too. Looking at the Internet Archive from the past three years, they appear to have been posted sometime around late July/early August.Magikarpmaster629 wrote:So now that we know the events, does anyone remember when the short event descriptions come out?
Also, a bit more stuff on the Fast Facts Wiki would be nice, if anyone wants something to do.

I'll be there. I could probably ask specific event questions during the sessions if anybody has them.Adi1008 wrote:For SOSI you have to physically go there, they won't mail it to you

Re: Events 2016-2017
The tentative event list on soinc.org says "Material Science," while the old name of the event was "Materials Science." Does anyone know which name is being used this year?

FYI, I received my physical copies of the rules manual today, hot off the press. Other people should start getting them in the coming days too!
