AP scores
Anyone get theirs yet? I've heard that my college has gotten some, (a friend was told he got credit for something he signed up for) but I haven't gotten mine yet.

Re: AP scores
Rumor from the Internet is that AP scores are shipped from the west coast, so they take a while to trickle out here. Most CA kids apparently got their scores on the 9th, so they should be arriving in IN very very soon. Expect them within the next 2 days.
How did everyone do on all theirs?

Re: AP scores
Better than I expected with the sheer number of tests I was taking, and enough to test out of some lower-level classes. Are you all managing to test out of at least some classes?

Re: AP scores
I still haven't received mine yet... I probably have to retake most of the classes I took exams for anyways.
Why are they being sent out from CA? Isn't collegeboard in NY?

Re: AP scores

Re: AP scores
Grading takes place all around the country. Usually in nice places. Collegeboard asks teachers to grade by offering them an expenses paid trip to wherever that subject's grading happens to be going on that year. Plus a little bit of pay for the actual grading itself. However, while AP itself is I think based in NJ (that's what the envelopes says), for some reason they are apparently sent from CA.
Anyway, my grades just came in today.
10th grade:
4- AP US History
11th grade:
5- Physics B
5- US Gov't & Politics
12th grade:
4- English Lit & Comp
5- Chemistry
5- Calculus BC
5- Microeconomics
5- Macroeconomics
Which according to the packet is exactly enough to give me the National AP Scholar award... whatever that's worth.
