Wow, after that beating by the Germans, I want to cry

And while I wouldn't count Donovan out yet, there are no guarantees. After all, after all these young teams/players owning it up (Ghana, Germany), I like that the US coach may shift to a younger team mindset. Donovan may still be used to set things up as a tactical genius, but again, no guarantees.

Alright, FIFA needs to institute video replay, after disallowing and allowing two goals today that changed the outcome of their games.

Not saying an equalizer wouldn't have energized England but they plain and simple got outplayed

Yes, but if they had scored the equalizer, they wouldn't have had to press up quite as frantically, which would then prevent the two counter-attacks that gave Germany their 3rd and 4th goal.

Both missed calls were horrible, and the referrers have to do a better job on this level. But the Argentina goal allowed in really changed that whole game. At least with the England-Germany game up until that disallowed goal England, in my opinion, was being outplayed by Germany. The Argentina goal was early in the game, and really killed the Mexicans.

England had the majority of the possession for most of the match so although they were probably outplayed, it wasn't too lopsided .

I think that the unfair call unsettled the players and caused them to play poorly in the 2nd half.

Don't worry guys, FIFA is gonna make it all better, by censoring the plays shown on the stadium video boards. Now you won't have to know how badly the ref messed up. What a great idea.

Aren't they just wonderful? I mean, it's arguably the worlds biggest sporting event and even with numerous solutions to all these mess-ups, they remain adamant.
