AMBA

Post by Varsitylinebacker50 » July 10th, 2010, 7:28 pm

Just wondering if any of you have heard of the fastest growing sport league in Waterville, Maine and quite possibly, the NATION.
AMBA
Aquatic
Marine
Basketball
Association

Rather easy to start a team. All you need is a pool, an official AMBA hoop and ball and then players.

Here's the website- http://amba.yolasite.com/
Rules for AMBA? There are none.

Smartkid doesn't appear to be all smart at this moment... Anyways AMBA is open to new teams, and if enough in a region join the league they can create their own conference.

We should have an AMBA regulation tournament at 2011 nationals, along with the ultimate tournament that is.

Obvisoulsy Maine has a large coastline, but all the pictures on the website are of pools. With the average temperatures in july around 70 and 18 in January, it is obvious why you wouldn't normally consider Maine a place where a water sport that is played outside, in a pool, would be founded.

^Blame Zach for our failed study events. He's the one who works on them.
