INTP

You have slight preference of Introversion over Extraversion (11%)
You have distinctive preference of Intuition over Sensing (75%)
You have moderate preference of Thinking over Feeling (50%)
You have moderate preference of Perceiving over Judging (56%)
The ladder of success is never crowded at the top. And I'm at the bottom

I have completed many personality tests, most of which have said that I am categorized under INTP. I would say that this suits me, characteristically and otherwise. However, it is often a draw between INTP and INTJ. I find it interesting that when I took the quiz originally posted, these were the results:

INTJ
Introvert(44%) iNtuitive(50%) iNtuitive Thinking(12%) Judging(1%)

You have moderate preference of Introversion over Extraversion (44%)
You have moderate preference of Intuition over Sensing (50%)
You have slight preference of Thinking over Feeling (12%)
You have marginal or no preference of Judging over Perceiving (1%)

Notice the last line of so, at 1% preference. I suppose I would be some combination within of "judging" and "perceiving", really. After all, I don't believe that one has to be concretely in one area or another.

Actually, this is the first time it's been decided for me as an INTP. From Health class, we had a small unit on this matter, and I identified myself as INTP. For example, the website, http://typelogic.com/intp.html is unbelievably correct in describing myself, so it's more of a gray area than otherwise. "An INTP arguing a point may very well be trying to convince himself as much as his opposition. In this way INTPs are markedly different from INTJs, who are much more confident in their competence and willing to act on their convictions. " from the link stated above. I find this remarkably true, keeping the reasoning in mind.

Famous INTPs:
Socrates
Rene Descartes
Blaise Pascal
Sir Isaac Newton

U.S. Presidents:
James Madison
John Quincy Adams
John Tyler
Dwight D. Eisenhower
Gerald Ford

William Harvey (pioneer in human physiology)
C. G. Jung, author of Psychological Types, etc.)
William James
Albert Einstein
Charles Darwin
Tom Foley (1989-1995: Speaker of the House--U.S. House of Representatives)
Henri Mancini
Bob Newhart
Jeff Bingaman, U.S. Senator (D.--NM)
Rick Moranis (Honey, I Shrunk The Kids)
Midori Ito (ice skater, Olympic silver medalist)
Tiger Woods

Fictional INTPs
Sherlock Holmes
Tom and Fiona (Four Weddings and a Funeral)
Dr. Susan Lewis (ER)
Filburt (Rocko's Modern Life)

(Etc.)

INFP

*SIGH*
I am quite different in some ways or another.
"INFPs, more than other iNtuitive Feeling types, are focused on making the world a better place for people. Their primary goal is to find out their meaning in life. What is their purpose? How can they best serve humanity in their lives? They are idealists and perfectionists, who drive themselves hard in their quest for achieving the goals they have identified for themselves."

Famous INFPs:
Homer
Helen Keller, deaf and blind author
Neil Diamond, vocalist
Tom Brokaw, news anchor
Julia Roberts, actor
John F. Kennedy, Jr.

Well maybe I'm special? I got INFP :P Mostly accurate. I always over think these things so my answers aren't completely accurate. I'm like Amy Tan, William Shakespeare, Helen Keller, Neil Diamond and JFK jr. :) Good yes?
